Although I didn't get myself in gear for the 7 am Yoga class like I had originally planned for yesterday I did make it to my usual Monday night weight class.
I was feeling the burn and today I am feeling the soreness for sure.
Since I lifted I expect to be gifted from Mr. Claus!
After the gym I popped into the local health food shop for one item specifically and I was excited to see that they had it.
Chance is never to far away from any kind of food
I do not have a gluten allergy or wheat intolerance but the ingredients in each of these packets are 100% clean and all natural which was why I wanted to have them on hand. I split the box between work and home so I'll never have to worry about not having something for a quick breakfast.
This morning I tried the banana maple with one tablespoon of almond butter mixed in for extra protein and it was a delicious breakfast for only 270 calories!
For dinner last night I had originally planned on making a protein shake with a side of homemade kale chips but instead I went with an old favorite, Kale Chips and Dippy Eggs.
Right now I am getting myself ready to tackle the day. I have work for a few hours this morning then I have a lot of Christmas Day food shopping and errands to do. Thankfully I made my lists, and checked them twice before taping them on to my beloved Life Planner.
The fact that it is a little larger in size makes it easy to just prop up on top of my bag in the shopping cart while running errands and I can just cross things off as I grab them.
I love lists and being organized.
I've turned into my mother.
Tonight I will be attending a Christmas Eve Ugly Sweater dinner party and I can't wait to show you guys my outfit in tomorrows post OR you'll have already seen it in my Instagram picture I'll be posting later on.
