I have a lot to discuss today so I suggest curling up with your favorite blanket, pet, person, etc before reading.
First I want to share last nights dinner with all of you. I found out around 3 pm yesterday that it was National Pancake Day and decided a protein pancake for dinner was in order.
But not just any pp, a chunky monkey pancake.
Chunky Monkey is my all time favorite ice cream flavor and has been since the 7th grade. You just can't go wrong with banana ice cream that has chunks of chocolate and walnuts mixed in...can you!?
The answer is no, people.
However, my beloved CM ice cream is not viewed as nutritious in this crazy world we live in so I wanted to put a spin on this bad boy and make it healthy AND into a meal you can eat anytime of the day!
You're welcome, you're welcome...
Don't stop thanking me yet!!
...where was I....
Oh yes, a recipe.
PS This picture does it no justice but I couldn't wait to post it, forgive me.
To achieve this greatness you will need:
6 oz container of Chobani banana
1 scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder
2 egg whites
1/4 cup oats
Walnuts & Banana slices for topping
[optional, but you would be crazy to skip it]
How to achieve this delicious pancake:
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Cook on stove top
380 calories total.

I am vlogging every day this month.. come hang!
This morning my body woke itself up at 4:04 am.
I know what you're thinking... MAN She is so lucky!
Being that today is brutal camp day it worked out in my favor so I got up and decided to have some FRS energy chews for an added boost in class.
I only ate one, the taste is awful but I must admit...they work.
2 of the 3 weapons we used this AM, there was also a 6 lb medicine ball involved but too shy to be photographed.
676 calories torched before 6 am?
I LOVE IT.
See that? Not only did I sweat through one sports bra... but two.
Maybe this is TMI but I think it's fan-freaking-tastic for 5 am.
