I reversed the order of posts for today because I was so excited to share the winners of the Racing for Relief giveaway!

Win-win situations are always the best.
I went to Trader Joe's this past Saturday and restocked the fridge/pantry with some much needed goodness.
Breakfast: 1/2c oats-cinnamon-dried cranberries
Snack 1: Pumpkin Greek yogurt
Lunch: Salad with dried cranberries, walnuts, grilled chicken and feta topped with cranberry walnut dressing
Snack 2: Apple slices with almond butter
Dinner: Mediterranean chicken from the diabetic cookbook. We've had this a handful of times and it is delicious!
I am SOOOOOOOOOORE today my friends. I have been kicking major booty in the gym the past 5 days and my legs/hips/glutes are feelin' it.
I will be hitting the treadmill for some miles tonight [probably 2] to stretch my lower half out, followed by a 20 minute abs class.
Short & sweet workout, perfect for a Monday.
I also wanted to share two purchases I made over the weekend.
First is another Tervis, my third to be exact, I just love these things.
In fact I bought my mom one as well and she's just as hooked as I am.
Then I picked up pHresh greens at my local smoothie shop after kickboxing yesterday.
1 tsp= 3-4 servings of RAW vegetables.
Extra veggies = extra nutrients = healthy me!
