I can't believe I haven't spoken with you guys since Friday Favorites! This weekend was jam packed from start to finish which resulted in me being sick in bed yesterday.
But I wouldn't have changed any of it, memories were made and good times were had by all.
No matter how little sleep I got [4-5 hours both Friday and Saturday night] I made it to the gym for my classes.
You may have seen me use #cantstopwontstop on twitter throughout the weekend, and it's true...being social and partying is important, but you better make it a point to workout the next day.
Saturday Date Night
Today I am back at work and back on track.
I took Elevated Training last night at the gym, it's at 5pm so I miss it every week but when I can take it I do.
My body loves and hates me for it right now, sore glutes for the win AND lose.
I was planning on going this morning for my own 5 am workout, but the pouring rain and a sleepy dachshund in bed with me resulted in a skipped AM workout.
My right knee has been acting up the past few days so I think taking it easy with some yoga tonight and tomorrow will be just what my body ordered.
Keeping it short and sweet today, I'll be back with my usual rambles tomorrow.
