So you want to sweat like me?



You guys(and by guys I mean ladies AND gents) really know how to make a girl feel good about herself.

I was really dramatic in my crappy run post, sometimes I pretend I am an actress and it really came through last night.


Today is a new day which means I'm moving on.
Not every run is going to be great, I've been spoiled thus far and I need to learn from the bad runs to make the good runs even better.

I just went Dr.Seuss on ya'll...kind of.

As promised I have a new circuit for all of you to try.
WARNING: It WILL make you sweat.
EXTRA WARNING: I am not a doctor or a personal trainer...just a girl with a blog who likes to workout. Please take this into consideration before trying anything I post!

  1. My hubby was doing dive bomber push ups last night and I was like oooh what are those called? He didn't know the name of them so thanks for enlightening us both! They are very challenging!!! Gonna have to try your workout! :-)

  4. Clock lunges rock. I teach them in my group fitness classes. The first time around is a breeze, but by cycle 4 or 5 nobody's laughing any more...

  9. Love the disclaimer! Yeah, sometimes I feel odd giving work out advice because I'm not a professional but I've been doing it for so long that I feel skilled and able to give it with confidence. Love when people psot these at home style workouts!
