Strawberry, Basil & Pine Nuts..OH MY!

I have had fresh basil growing in the backyard for a few months now and haven't had an opportunity to use any of it, so my main goal this weekend was to make a NEW recipe with said basil.
After rummaging through the fridge I found a few other delicious ingredients and a salad was born.

Pine-ing Over Quinoa Salad
(serves 4 as a side, 2 as a meal)
serve cold!

2T fresh basil, chopped
1/3 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup quinoa, cooked
1/4 cup non-fat feta cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted

Over a medium-low heat toast pine nuts. Keep a watchful eye on them as they can burn easily!
Once quinoa has cooked and cooled place in a large bowl 
Add strawberries, feta, pine nuts and basil
Toss and serve
