She's a maniac, maniac!

Tonight I will be trying a new class that is being offered at New York Sports Club

The lovely people from NYSC reached out to me asking if I would be interested in trying their new CrossFit style class called "UXF"  to which I immediately replied YES!

After agreeing to the challenge I thought it would be a good idea to try and find out what the class is all about:
This eight session, cross-training workout blends strength training and cardio conditioning to improve your flexibility, agility, strength and endurance. Equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, ropes and bars are mixed with plyometric exercises to create a balanced circuit where you progress at your own pace. UXF is your one-stop shop for a total-body workout.

Do I have any idea what I am in for?
Absolutely not.

Am I excited?
Hell yea!

Am I nervous?
As nervous as a pilot about to fly for the first time

Thankfully I'll have my best gal Lauren with me, so I won't be sweating and crying alone.
 The class is Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8-9pm for the next four weeks, so I will be doing vlogs (hopefully) for each and blog recaps (if you would like!)

I am going to take measurements to compare a before and after, as well as bring my other best gal with me:
  To calculate the burn!

  1. OMG that sounds amazing, I WISH I could take that class. I'm sure it will be hard but you will have a blast! watch? Awesome :) Good luck!

    1. I am looking forward to it! I love TRX and ropes, I use them in Power X but don't work with Kettlebells or boxes much so it will def. be interesting! FULL recap on the first class tomorrow and a vlog!
