2 1/2 hours-1,332 calories burned


Today I am going to recap this weeks UXF workouts with all of you :)

We arrived early to try out the Endless Rope machine, and it was love at first pull!

In class we did 16 lb kettlebell swings, plank jacks on the bosu ball, russian twists with medicine ball, ab machine (still not sure of the name) and mountain climbers on stability ball.


All in all I got a GREAT burn!

Before class we tried another new machine, this time it was the AB COASTER. You can add weight it to intensify the work or use your body weight. We didn't have a lot of time to play with it but plan on it next week!

 We finally got to use TRX AND battle ropes! We were so excited! We also used the row machine (first time for both of us) and I loved it, I will definitely be using it in our gym more often, great cardio work out. The last two moves were ab work with a medicine ball and we threw it against the wall and chest presses with 16 lb. kettlebells which were H-A-R-D


 I didn't push myself nearly as hard as I could on Thursday, I was beyond exhausted and very sore from this week workouts BUT I was still able to get a great burn. I love that we focused more on strength training moves rather than cardio, muscle confusion =results

I think my SparklySoul headband is part of the reason I burn so many cals ;)

  1. Sounds like you ladies had a killer workout! I saw that endless rope machine on Crunch the other day and I was intrigued. I will definitely have to try it out next time!

  2. WOW what workouts !!! My NYSC was offering a UXF demo so I signed up, but it ended up not happening (BUMMER!), so after seeing your reviews and results, I'm definitely going to pounce on the next offer !
