DrinkChia! Review/Giveaway




I love chia seeds!

Lately I feel like I am throwing them into everything from overnight oats to my water. However I had no idea that there were companies that made flavored chia waters until the DrinkChia! team offered to send me a sample pack to try. 

They also sent the awesome shirt I am wearing above


So what exactly are Chia Seeds?

"Chia seeds are harvested from the Salvia hispanica plant, a type of sage in the mint family.Chia seeds may be eaten raw or prepared in a number of dishes. A water bottle and with a lemon in it is my go to- although yesterday I was double fisting with that, and green tea at work. LOVE chia seeds would love to try it out

My favorite way to hydrate has always been water and green tea. In total I have about 10-12 cups a day of water and 2-3 cups of tea. I have been recently looking for something to hydrate me as well as bring some nutrients into my body. I would Love to try DrinkChia!

My favorite way is to drink water and/or coconut water. I have never tried chia seeds in anything! :)

My favorite way to hydrate is good ole H20, never tried Chia water cant wait to see whats in store!!!

My favorite way to hydrate is Strawberry Gatorade, BUT I only drink it maybe 2x a month because of sugar. So that leaves me with good ole water!

I have been slowing incorporating chia seeds into my diet, like in my oatmeal and yogurt.

If it is a beverage, I like it- water, nuun, juice, chocolate milk, gatorade, whatever! While working out I'll use water + nuun; when running I use the blueberry pomegranate Gu Brew (2xs sodium); and post-workout I opt for chocolate milk or a beer!

My favorite way to hydrate these days is with water. I don't drink enough, and I'm trying to remedy that. I'm a huge fan of chia, and I often add some to my water. It would be a welcome change if I was to win this giveaway, as water can get boring fast.

Good old fashioned H2O is my fave way to hydrate! I especially like lime in my water. When I'm really sweatin' out, I'll occassionally grab some G2 or Powerade to get my electrolytes back up.

I've been following you on twitter for a while, and added the drink chia a couple of days ago! Love Chia! The ultimate superfood! When it comes to hydrating I drink water or coconut water. Since I workout a lot, I drink a lot! But not like that last part sounded:)

One of my favorite ways to hydrate is Zico water! Chocolate is my favorite! I am definitely interested in trying out this drink!

I add chia to almost everything latley. I go through phases with chia. I usually hydrate with water only, but I occasionally like to add some chia and Mio, shake and drink!
