Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats!


If I had to pick ONE flavor iced cream to eat for the rest of my life, it would be Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey. 
The combination of bananas, walnuts and chocolate is undeniably amazing. 
I decided to take my love of this trio to a new level, and turn it into something bigger and better.






Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats
1 serving

Ingredients


1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup Oats 
1T Chia Seeds 
1T Unsweetened Carob Chips (mine are vegan, but you can use any kind)
1T Chopped Walnuts


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a container and place in your fridge anywhere from 2 hours to overnight.


In the morning or post sweaty session, take them out and enjoy. 
It is like having dessert for breakfast!
