Choconut Covered Strawberries!



I get recipe inspirations at the most random time and in the strangest of places. This recipe, for example, came to me while siting on the LIRR reading the last few pages of Fifty Shades Freed (Book 3 in the Fifty Shades Trilogy)

They weren't talking about strawberries, Chobani or even food...but somehow, this happened. 

And I am glad it did.



Choconut Covered Strawberries


Ingredients


2T Non-fat plain Chobani yogurt
2t Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 package of strawberries




Directions


In a small bowl mix Chobani and a cocoa powder



 Coat each strawberry generously with the yogurt mixture




Roll the strawberry in the shredded coconut



 Place strawberries on parchment paper and place in the freezer for 1 hour 



 After they are removed from the freezer, let them sit for 15-20 minutes until they are room temperature. Then enjoy!



I cannot believe how simple, yet delicious this dessert is! I will definitely be making more of these very soon.
