Work It Out Wednesday!


I honestly cannot believe it is Wednesday already, trust me I am NOT complaining but last week seemed to drag on and on, whilst this one is flying!

Here are TWO new circuits for you all to try & as always tweet/email/facebook your sweaty shots to me,

First up is a modified Tone it Up Shredmill workout:

after that try this AB workout:

Record how many you can do in the time allotted, and see if you improve with each round!


I will be doing both of these this Fitness Friday and will report my numbers then :)
