Fitness Friday the 13th!

We survived another week my Sweaties! 

Today is my beloved Fitness Friday and it did not disappoint

For this mornings workout I did Zuzana Light's ZWOW #9
 which was B-R-U-T-A-L, I LOVE this woman!

After that I did her Ab Assassin workout (not the jump rope portions, just abs)

and finished it off with my #mileaday, which I had NO desire to do after those two workouts but I pushed through and got it done!

 that right there is #PROOF of a good workout!

I was stopped on my way out from the gym by people who LOVED this sweatshirt :)

  1. I am SO copying this workout today. I work from home on Fridays so I always do an AM and PM workout and this is just what I need to get the heart rate up and sweat on. Have an AWESOME friday!
