Happy Fitness Friday!
(This is the reason I LOVE my morning workouts, the sunrise after my sweat it out session)
I have been consistent with my 5 am workouts for over a month now (cannot believe it's been that long already!) and for the first 3 weeks I spent my warm up walking on an incline on the tready.
It was pretttttttttty boring.
Running on the tready has never been for me, it hurts my ankle and knees PLUS no matter how many distractions (music, tv, magazine AND a friend to chat with, yes I have all 4 at once) I cannot last.
So this week Lauren and I ventured over to the ellipticals and I had a blast.
I cranked up the resistance to 10, remember it is 5 am, and was alternating going forwards and backwards. On my backwards movements I was sprinting.
After 25 minutes I had a nice glisten on my skin.

This morning I was reading through Shape magazine and came across this workout:
Looks like I will be doing this workout tomorrow morning before Jump & Drill AND next Tuesday morning :)
Along with my sit-ups for March AB-ness
How often do you change up your workouts?
