Since today is my scheduled rest day, I figured I'd write a quick post to re-cap the weeks workouts and calories burned.
Monday: 60 minute Elevated Training class. Calories burned: 620
Tuesday: Jump & Drill ( 100 push-ups, jump rope intervals, kick drills, ab workout) Calories burned: 415
Wednesday: Cardio Kickboxing (40 minutes cardio, 20 minutes weights) Calories burned: 500
Thursday: TIU new ab circuit 2x, lean arms pyramid & 60 minutes Kickboxing Calories burned: 925
Worked out for 285 minutes and burned 2,460 calories.
Tomorrow (Saturday) I have Jump & Drill then Interval Training... two great classes--lots of calories to be burned this weekend!
