Spring Into Your Summer Body (Workout)



Happy Tuesday!
I cannot believe that today is the last day of March already, time is flying.
The weather here in Virginia has been in the 60s and 70s since we returned from Jamaica, outside of a cold burst this past Saturday but we won't talk about that, and we are L-O-V-I-N-G it.


Last night our Tabata teacher announced that our class will be moving outside by the second week in April and I cannot wait, I've only had the opportunity to take the class on the rooftop when I first found the gym back in October but it made the workout so much more fun.


Speaking of Tabata last nights class was intense. Every time we walk in to the room I am not sure what to expect because no two classes are the same.

The great thing about Tabata workouts are they can be done anywhere, at anytime, with weights or without. With that being said, I wanted to share what we did last night and if you guys are interested I can share these workouts on here more often.

For this workout, and all of my Tabata classes I use 12 lb dumbbells but you can use heavier/lighter or no weight at all. I was able to do every move with the class except for the alternating weighted lunges (I did deadlifts), so if you need to make any modifications to the moves listed please feel free to do what works best for you.
