Boneless and Meatless Buffalo Wings!

This past Sunday I skipped my usual football fun at the local bar and decided to host a last minute get together at my house. Half of my friends are vegetarians so I decided to get a little creative with a little help from my friends at Gardein

Although I am not a vegetarian myself, I do enjoy eating meat- free meals a few times a week. These crispy tenders were new to me but they are definitely going to become a freezer staple for me in the future, not only because they're easy but they are versatile as well!

Since we were watching football I made "Boneless, Meatless Buffalo Wings" which took a total of 20 minutes and only one pan.

After baking the "wings" I put them into a medium sized bowl and tossed them with buffalo wing sauce.

We like it HOT in this house so I was definitely heavy handed with the sauce, but you could tweak it to your liking.

After a good sauce toss, I placed the wings on a football platter with a side of ranch dressing and veggies to round out a perfectly delicious vegetarian friendly meal.

Have you ever tried any Gardein products?
If so, which is your favorite?
