It has been a month since I first shared my Get Picky Challenge with Fiber Choice, so I wanted to check back in and share my thoughts on the product.
I can't say that I "felt" a difference by added a fiber supplement to my diet but I did have less of a bloated feeling when I took it VS when I didn't.
