Is it really Friday Eve already?

I figured now is as good a time as any to recap this weeks workouts [so far] and post a semi-progress pic.

Elevated training, I changed my weights up this week a bit. I used 20 lbs for swing squats [kettle bell swings with a dumbbell] and 12 lb dumbbells for chest and triceps.

Jump & Drill. Class was actually cancelled last minute but Becky pushed me to have our own private class and we kicked each others butts.
Two-a-Day Wednesday
Cardio Kickboxing in the morning, 40 minutes of heart pumping cardio and pushing my body to its limits.
See that sweat pouring off of my face? Yea that's SWEATCESS!

Power X at night aka 40 minutes of the hardest workout you'll ever do in your LIFE.

Before I share a mini progress picture I need to get something off of my chest:

I don't believe in dieting, or over training.
Lately I've noticed a trend that "Summers Coming," so we need to live in the gym 3-4 hours a day or go twice a day while eating next to nothing and restricting "fun" activities because it may hinder you from your "goal body."

NEWSFLASH: As soon as you stop doing all that you are doing, your body will go back to the way it was. 
Restricting/over training is just stupid, plain and simple.

With that being said, I decided to take a picture of myself to see if I have changed at all since January.
I have cleaned my eating up a bit and changed some of my workouts but nothing drastic or life changing.
I have to say I am pleased with my results!

Do I have a 6 pack or flat stomach?
Do I care?

Because I am happy with where I am at, I don't have a specific goal in my mind and I am still doing whats best for me.

Stop the "Summers Coming" obsession and LIVE.
Because in the fall or 10 years from now or when you're old and grey, living in the gym and not living your life is going to be nothing but sad.
