What's this, a weekend recap?


Finally felt better and was able to go to work after two sick days! I left the house a little earlier so I could stop into the local juice shop and get my body some much needed greens. I ended up going with a medium 'Cold Ease," with PHresh Greens and 1/2 of a lemon added to the mix.

Would you believe me if I told you this little guy cost me $8.75!?

I vowed to get back on the make-my-own green juice train right then and there. If anyone wants to buy/donate a juicer to me I would love you forever ;)

After work I came home to a really exciting package:
My new COR-fetti protein powder came, less than 12 hours after I ordered it, talk about incredible customer service!

I made shakes all weekend with this powder for not only myself but Eddie too, we are hooked to say the least.

Yay for being able to work out! Boo for struggling to breathe throughout the majority of the class.
Either way I survived and got a pretty impressive burn out of it.

The rest of the day was spent running errands and food shopping. We were told all weekend to prepare for a heavy snowstorm Sunday into Monday so Eddie and I wanted to stock up on essentials, like these:

 I also picked up some Spring wardrobe essentials, DRESSES!


I woke up and got my booty to the gym for Arms, Abs and Kickboxing, aka the usual 

I still wasn't feeling 100% better but was able to push myself a little harder so I knew I was finally on the mend.

Right after the gym I flew home for a quick shower before meeting up with Sarah for a much needed spa pedicure and manicure

I mean I am turning 28 this Thursday so I was allowed to treat myself a bit, right?

I ended my weekend by watching the Oscars with my family and tallying up the weeks calorie burns. With 3 forced rest days I have to say I am overjoyed that I was still able to burn over 3,000
