Honey Pumpkin Protein Waffles

Today I am doing something I haven't done in a LONG time... sharing a recipe!

I made a huge stack of these honey pumpkin protein waffles last night for easy grab & go breakfasts in the morning and received a lot of requests to share the recipe. 
So share I shall.

Honey Pumpkin Protein Waffles
[Makes 3 waffles]


1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Pure pumpkin -NOT Pumpkin Pie
1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
1/4 cup Water
1T Honey
1 scoop of Chocolate whey protein powder, I use clean series from Twin Labs
10 drops of toffee flavored liquid Stevia [optional]
1/2T Truvia [optional]
1t Pumpkin Pie spice
1t Cinnamon


Combine all ingredients and place in a blender
Blend until smooth
Spray waffle iron with coconut oil 
Add waffle mix

 This recipe could not be any easier and you can make a bunch of waffles then put them in the freezer for another time!

PS I did get married which is why I've been so MIA and plan to do an entire recap post but I haven't gotten our photos back from the photographer. For now I'll share this one :)
