A burn is still a burn...





Wednesdays are one of my favorite days of the week.
Outside of Friday, Saturday and Sunday that is.
Something about getting over the hump makes this day just feel....better.




Monday
Took my usual Elevated Training class which is weights [8 & 10 lb dumbbells + 18lb body bar] on a step with 3 risers on each side.


There was a sub this week so my burn was low and my motivation was lower, but I stuck it out.
A burn is a burn, right?
 PLUS I got to rock my "Getting right for wedding night" tank a reader sent me!

Tuesday
My hardest class of the week and new favorite. 
Step

 This class keeps my heart rate SUPER high for 35-40 minutes and the sweat just keeps on drippin'. 
I love it.
We end the class with weights [8 lbs + 18lb body bar] and last night we did biceps, triceps and back-ALL ON ONE LEG- so our abs were also engaged.
It was tough.

I leave there feeling somewhat out of shape each week because it's just THAT hard!


Wednesday
Kickboxing

This mornings workout was tough
My knee is just really bothering me from the past two days on the step + needing new sneakers.
I am icing right now as I write this post and will have to foam roll tonight when I get home.
Again, a burn is still a burn right?



Before I go I'd like to say a huge thank you to my friends at ZICO for sending me 3 cases of coconut water! Original, chocolate and latte.
 I love them all!


AND one last thing....

We got our marriage license yesterday!

 17 days until WE DO
Which means 7 days until I can stalk the weather on an hourly basis for Wedding Day updates.

I can't believe how close we are
