This past weekend was full of HUGE calorie burns for Eddie and I.
Saturday I did a double workout and crushed over 1,000 calories
Eddie not being one to get shown up, crushed his own epic amount of calories on his rides
Sunday was a rest day for me, but not for the Ed man.
He rode 70+ miles in 2 days and burned 6,349 calories.
