Everyday I'm Guzzlin'

Hey Friends!

  Hope your day is treating you well, whenever and wherever you are reading this. I am trying to get back into the swing of blogging 4-5x a week in addition to daily vlogs.

That little guy in the picture above is my BFF Jug. He hangs out with me everyday and the more time I spend with him the less time I spend being sore.

I aim for a gallon of water a day, but lets be honest, it is not a very achievable goal on a regular basis. I'd say I hit my H20 goal 3 or 4 days out of the week. I also spend a lot of time dehydrating my body between my coffee consumption and sweating during my workouts. The benefits of drinking water are endless, and for me it helps keep my skin clear-body full- and muscles happy... so why not?

Unfortunately I may need to stop hanging out with him because I finished this entire can in just 2 days.

Oh, I worked out last night
I know..SHOCKER.

I've noticed my burns aren't as high as they used to be, but I am working just as hard--if not harder. The only thing I can think of is I am in better shape then I was? Who knows.

I take the green tea, acai AND hair skin nails.. love them all.

  1. Girl, I give you mass kudos on the water! I usually get half a gallon down but usually not more then 72 oz. Water is the only thing I consume for drink (with low or no calorie flavoring).

    I've noticed my burns going up when I run but down in my gym classes. I have no idea why.
