Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

And I was shocked at the amount of comments I received asking me for the recipe....maybe because it's so simple I wouldn't even call it a recipe? I don't know.

Regardless I am here to share my 4 ingredient Chicken Salad Lettuce wrap recipe.
All you need is a can of chicken, non-fat plain Greek yogurt/mayo/mustard [whichever you prefer] McCormick's Perfect Pinch: Rotisserie Chicken seasoning and romaine lettuce leaves.

Drain the chicken completely and empty into the container you will be using to store it/transport to work. Not only does this cut down on time, it eliminates extra dirty

Shred the chicken up with your fork, I use a "mashing" method and it works just fine but you could use two forks and separate, whatever you prefer. Add mayo and seasoning to it and mix well.

I find that chicken salad tastes best after it's marinated in the fridge for at least an hour so if you have the time, go ahead and do that. If not, dig right in-it's still delicious.

Once your CS has reached it's prime deliciousness go ahead and use that same fork [remember we're cutting down on dirty dishes here kids] and put some of it in the center of your lettuce leaf.

Fold the top to pieces over the CS and then tuck the sides underneath.
