Locking It Up

If you have been watching my daily vlogs [DailySweat] on YouTube then you already know what this post is all about.
If you're not watching them... shame on you.
I'm kidding.
But I do a lot of meal prep/cooking/tips in my videos so you may want to check them out.
Anyway today marks 47 days until my bridal shower AND more importantly the day I start to "lock it up," when it comes to my meals/eating.

Yesterday I hit the food store to pick up this weeks clean eats and wanted to share my meal plan ideas with you.
1 cup non-fat/fat-free cottage cheese with Perfect Snaque's Coconut Almond Crunch
1/2 Ezikiel English muffin with one egg and salsa
Snack 1:
Hard boiled egg & honeycrisp apple
Chobani flip
Baby kale salad with baked & seasoned chicken breast, cucumber, carrots and feta topped with bragg's healthy vinegeratte
Stuffed mexi-tato [sweet potato]
Snack 2:
Quest bar
Chobani [if I don't have it in the morning that is]
Protein Shake
Protein Pancake
Each day my goal is to keep my calories at 1,300 or less of clean- healthy eats.
I plugged in today's meals into Myfitnesspal already and I am at 1,266 which is perfect!
If I need a TV/after dinner snack I have mashed bananas in the freezer for a quick, clean fro-yo.
I also weighed myself this morning and plan to weigh in again Saturday just to see if my new plan is working. I don't believe in the scale and have gone over this a bazillion times but I am curious to see if this will help me trim down.
After I prepped my meals/snacks yesterday I spent time with these two little guys
We took a trip to PetSmart then cleaned the car, they were such a huge help by NOT leaving the back seat while I tried to clean. How could I say no to those smiles?
I ended my night with a cup of hot bedtime Yogi tea and felt the quote was spot on [as always]

  2. Are you not eating back any exercise calories? I don't think you can burn 900 calories and only eat 1300- you'll definitely lose weight but your body might not be well fueled!

    1. I'll definitely eat when I need to, will I eat the 900 calories burned, absolutely not. But I will in no way keep myself from being properly fueled :)
