I haven't been in this great of a mood in a long time.
The weather is warmer which is making everything THAT much more enjoyable.
Including killer gym workouts at 5 am.
YES I made it there this morning for arms & abs, thanks to this:
and a text from my friend & 3 year jump and drill partner saying
"GET UP, LETS GO GET SKINNY"
We laughed through the first class not because it was easy but because we were having fun.
If you hate your time spent in the gym/working out---STOP IT RIGHT NOW.
The biggest source of my motivation for the gym is the love I have for the classes I take, and the teachers that teach them. Having my friends and family in those classes is just an added bonus.
We all suffer together.
When one of us wants to quit...usually me[not kidding] the others pick us up.
It's a beautiful thing.
But even if I didn't have the support group that I do have in my gym, I would still go, because I LOVE it there that much.

After 75 minutes of hard work I was happy to see that I burned 730 calories, while having fun.
As I was just typing this post my tooth cracked...I am rushing to the dentist now--no time to finish!
