And I'm feelin' gooooood






This is the third week of me being back on track and able to push myself during my workouts.
I feel better and I see a difference.


I know I am in all black, which is flattering when it comes to "hiding" your body, but I FEEL like I look good.

Side shots are the most unflattering for me, but today I love how it looks.
Sorry if this post is coming off as vain I just want you all to understand that no matter how long it takes YOU WILL GET THERE.
Whatever your "there is," it will happen.

I have been on this journey for almost 4 years and I am NOT at my goal weight, in fact I have 25 pounds to go.

This photo below just shows how far I've come, and even though my journey isn't done yet.
I am proud of myself.



I AM fit-healthy-happy.
That means more then any number on any scale.

Although I keep my schedule of workouts I am doing something different every day, I take 1-2 rest days per week to allow my body and muscles to recover.
 I fully believe that both of these factors have helped me trim inches and pounds in addition to keeping them off.

I eat healthy 98% of the time and clean 85%, I also LIVE MY LIFE.

What I mean when I say that is I go out with Eddie, friends and family and enjoy myself, I do not count calories, worry about how much booze I am consuming or if I ate too many french fries.
I just make sure I get my butt in the gym the next morning, no matter what.

And I do this every weekend.
NO EXCUSES.

JUST KEEP SWEATING!!
