Well Sweaties we've made it to Friday.
In honor of our hard work and dedication to getting through the work week I have a new circuit to share with you.
I came up with this Tuesday and loved it. I felt strong and accomplished once I was finished.
For weights I used 8 & 10lb dumbbells depending on the move I was doing and the push ups I did on my toes, but you can do them on your knees if neseccary.
*Jump and drill starts again next Saturday so I need to pretend like I've been working on them all summer*
By the time you fly through this circuit twice you'll be sweaty AND you will have completed 100 push ups.
Sweaty high fives all around!
Don't forget to pin this workout
Happy Friday

ReplyDelete2 times? I would barely make it through one time around! I am attempting to incorporate strength into my fitness routine.. I am liking the results though, my running has improved, will try this one for sure.
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome circuit! I like how you split up the pushups so it's not so scary. :-) Definitely going to try this one.
ReplyDeleteI did this a few weeks ago and loved it! Pinned it too! Thanks!
