Putting the BBQ to work

I am feeling as if tomorrow is the first day of school, I just want one more day off to sleep in and enjoy myself.
Please?

If you were busy enjoying the great outdoors this weekend, here's what you missed around here:

Now let's catch up on Saturday night and Sundays activities

Saturday

We had a BBQ pizza party and it was UGH-MAZING!

I have never used the 'Q before so I would say for my first time I nailed it.
However I was so preoccupied with playing sweaty chef that I didn't take any pictures.

Thankfully Lauren caught our pizzas in action

What's on them?

Whole wheat crust, ricotta, garlic, spinach, tomato and shredded mozzarella.
Becky used hummus instead of ricotta as her base, and it was delish (NOTED for next time)

I will be doing this a lot more often that is for sure.
Not only was it quick and easy, it was fun.

I was supposed to go to a friends house to party with Eddie, but I ended up on the couch watching Mean Girls with my girls and passed out by 9:30.

Sunday

I had planned on waking up for the 30 minute weight class before Kickboxing, but I have a rule for Sunday mornings and that is NO ALARM.
If I wake up I will go to class, if I don't...no big deal.

After the gym Mom and I tackled the pool.
We have a big blow up pool that we put up in the yard the past 3 summers but this year it hasn't been used nearly as much, so back in the shed she goes.
Little did we know how muddy and sweaty we would get from this little adventure.
Unplanned workout for the win.

It took us almost 2 hours start to finish and after our showers we decided to go to Costco.
Also known as my favorite place...on earth.
Some people like to spend time on fancy vacations, I like to spend my days sampling foods at Price Club.

On the drive there she introduced me to her new favorite XM radio station: Coffee Shop. I don't have satellite radio in my car but I use Pandora almost all of the time so I decided to check for the station and it exists!
You ALL need to add this to your Pandora station lists, it is filled with some great tunes.

At Costco we stocked up on blueberries, strawberries and FAGE greek yogurt.
Then we went to Bed Bath and Beyond so I could pick up my coffee for the week:

I'm not sure if Caramel Vanilla Cream is a new flavor, but it is new to me and I snatched it right up.

I can never walk around BB&B without stopping by the nail polish section and boy was I happy I did today.

Essie has come out with a gym inspired collection!
OMG! My two favorite things combined into one.
I picked up Gym Dandy but I have my eye on Pilates Hottie and Marathin

Dinner was Mom's specialty...RIBS.

With a side of zucchini, corn, onions and half of a chicken sausage.

Even though I was stuffed more than a Thanksgiving turkey I could not pass up on my favorite weekly treat
FRO-YO
I seriously cannot get enough of this stuff.

In the cup:
Flavors:
PBJ, Dulche de Leche, Milk Dud and Cake Batter
Toppings:
Chocolate covered mini pretzels, fruity pebbles, toasted coconut, cap'n crunch and a few gummie bears.

Now that I have a extreme sugar rush going on, I am going to walk the boys then tuck myself (and Eddie) in for some True Blood.

How was your weekend?
