LiveFit and Black Bean Nacho Burgers

So we all know I like to workout right?

I am somewhat of a self proclaimed Cardio Queen.
I kickbox, dance, run, etc.

Truth is only ONE of those classes uses weights and it's every other week.
Power X we use body weight and ViPR(weighted noodles I like to call them) so it's safe to say I use weights once a week.

This is definitely part of my problem and tomorrow it is being fixed.

Eddie and I have signed up to do Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer

I wish I had known about Tina's Best Body Bootcamp sooner {sometimes I live under a blog rock} because I would have joined that, but she has another round come holiday season so I will be joining in on the fun then!

Here is the plan: On LiveFit Trainer I am only following the workouts and sticking to the Tone It Up meal plan, while Eddie is going to do the meals and workouts.

On a completely unrelated note I heard that this months Fitness Magazine had pictures from FitBlog NYC so I picked one up on my way home.
I wasn't expecting to see myself in there though:

  1. The Black Bean Burger sounds awesome! Where is the rest of the recipe? I'm seriously "in the market" for a veggie or black bean burger. Funny that you posted that! Good luck with Jamie Eason! I've heard a lot of GREAT things!

  4. That is awesome. Good luck. I should do more strength training. Always on the list and yet never seem to get to it.
