So I was running extremely late this morning, due to sleeping in. The reason I slept in will be blamed on the fact that my dinner consisted of nothing but empty carbs.
I have never done that before, and plan on never doing it again.
Almost immediately after I felt sick (which Eddie warned me would happen, he knows me better than I know myself sometimes..scary.) but I made myself move around and cleaned the basement which helped a bit.
So...back to the point of this mornings post.
I was running late and forgot to grab my iPad (to read on) AND my current book (Divergent) so I grabbed this months SHAPE magazine to help pass the time on the train.
As I was flipping through the pages I saw this article:

I'm not a prude, but I really do not know how I feel about putting weights inside of my body.
I know kegels are something that many women do...but something about this whole thing just doesn't sit right with me.
