Sorry, can't hang-have to workout




I am running my first 10k in just 7 weeks.
This has not fully sunk in for me yet, I am a "last minute annie," in all aspects of life.
I just feel like things in the future aren't real.
 Which may be the demise of my wedding planning...


Not really sure what I was thinking when I signed up, except that it was only $20 so who cares if I bailed.

I am NOT bailing.

In fact I just created my workout schedule/calendars for the next 7 weeks and thought I would share it with all of you

(Note: Bootcamp Wednesday mornings will be tentative, if I am sore or need to sleep in I have no issue listen to my body. ALSO mileage may change, but I will keep you posted)


sorry for the terrible quality,  my iPhone and I have been going through a rough patch in our relationship ever since she fell off of my bike....her fault, not mine.

You may notice two things.
1) I wrote in my REST days, just so I make sure I actually take them
2) I wrote PLANK EVERYDAY!


Yesterday I decided to OFFICIALLY join the #plankaday challenge that everyone tweets/posts about.

Between planking, running and all of my other workouts I should be right on track to becoming a Victoria's Secret bikini model just as the season ends.



 For weight days I will be using the Nike Training Club app, or pinterest/youtube workouts.
I like my workouts like I like my produce...fresh.
