Sweetheart Smoothie



Happy Valentine's Day!
You are all my valentine's this year and I love each & every one of you!!



This holiday is usually filled with LOTS of chocolates and other delicious sweets.
If you plan on indulging a little-like I do- you should treat yourself to something sweet and healthy as well!






In honor of Valentine's day and my love of anything pink, I present you with:


 


The Sweetheart Smoothie

2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (soy,whey,etc)
2 T flax seed
5 strawberries or 1/4 cup of raspberries OR BOTH!
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of ice
Blend and enjoy!
