This time it is with a challenge for all you "sweaters!"
I don't know about all of you but for me, March is a big drinking month. First is my birthday, than every weekend after that is St. Patty's parties. To beat the beer bloat I challenge you all to do this IN ADDITION to any other workout you are doing that day!
Let's get that midsection in tip top shape!
