That was the motto of this week.
I never thought I would be able to wake up at 4:30 am, get up and get to the gym BEFORE 5 and BEFORE work.
I've done it twice this week.
(Me on the treadmill at 5 am this morning,hence the weird face)
It isn't as hard as you think, and it feels even better than an after work-workout.
It starts your day in the best way, you're motivated and ready for anything.
You can do it, you just don't want to try.
So my challenge to all of you is to wake up 30 minutes earlier one morning next week, and go to the gym before work or if it's warm walk/run outside.
